Animal Sounds and Names Speech or ABA therapy Activity


Looking for a fun speech or ABA therapy activity involving learning receptive and expressive animal sounds and animal names? I had fun making this one! Target animals: bear, bee, bird, cat, chicken, cow, dog, duck, elephant, frog, goat, horse, lion, monkey, owl, pig, rooster, sheep, snake, turkey

Digital: Animal sounds automatically play. Student clicks the correct animal to advance to next slide.

You are given a menu with the options:

✅Practice: one slide with all the animals, students click to hear the sound
✅ Field of 1 (errorless)
✅ Field of 2
✅ Field of 4
✅ “I hear a…”: Hear the sound and then complete the sentence “I hear a …” with the choice of three Boardmaker™ symbols (with audio)

For Google™ Drive products

► You will need Google Drive in order to access this resource. Your students will also need Google accounts so they can access the activity if you are assigning to them.
► You must be logged into your account when you download the file. When you click the link, you will get a prompt, “Would you like to make a copy of….” Click Make a copy, and it will copy to your Drive.
► If your school district has Google access blocked, you can choose to have the resource added to a personal Google account and then share it with your school account.
